Running form: what matters
There's no single perfect technique.
Your body tends to settle into the stride that costs it least energy. Big, sudden changes to how you run often make you less economical, at least at first.
What is worth watching: landing with the foot far ahead of the body, lots of tension in shoulders and hands, a very loud landing, and collapsing at the hips when tired.
Change one thing at a time, a little, on easy runs. Strength work and easy volume improve form more than thinking about it on every step.
Relaxed, tall, light on your feet: then let it be.
