Questions .

Before you come.

What if I don’t buy anything?

That’s fine. The €20 Test Pass pays for your slot, the treadmill and the sanitising. If you buy in the app within 30 days, we credit the full €20 to your shoes.

Why do you hold an amount on my card?

The lab has no staff on the floor, so while a pair is out on test we place a temporary hold on your card. It’s released as soon as the pair goes into the return chute.

Are the test shoes clean?

Every returned pair is sanitised before it goes back on the wall. Bring your own running socks, or get a fresh pair of mintmural socks from the vending machine.

How does delivery work?

You buy in the app and the pair is shipped to your home, your hotel in Mallorca or the lab’s pickup locker. You can exchange the size or return it within the legal period.

I’m visiting Mallorca. Can I come?

Yes. Book a slot from the app, test before your race or holiday runs, and have your pick delivered to your hotel or sent home.

When do you open?

Soon, in Palma. Join the waitlist and you’ll be the first to know, with an opening-week Test Pass.
